Authorized use is required
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to mobdroid.com, the MobDroid Android application and software, the online dashboard, demo access, memberships and licenses, customer support, and related services (together, the “Service”).
In these Terms, “MobDroid,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the Service. “You” means the person creating an account, installing or using the software, starting a demo, or purchasing a membership.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, installing MobDroid, using the Service, starting the demo, or purchasing a membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to:
- these Terms & Conditions;
- our Privacy Policy;
- our Refund & Cancellation Policy; and
- any licensing or plan terms shown during checkout.
If you do not agree, do not install or use MobDroid.
3. Legal and authorized use only
You may use MobDroid only when you have the legal authority to monitor the relevant Android device and the information accessible through it. Depending on applicable law, permitted use may include:
- a parent or legal guardian monitoring a minor child’s device where permitted by law;
- monitoring a device that you personally own; or
- monitoring another device where its owner or user has been appropriately informed and has provided valid consent whenever required.
You are solely responsible for determining whether your intended monitoring is lawful in your country, state, province, or other jurisdiction. Laws concerning privacy, interception, computer access, employment, and monitoring of minors vary significantly.
MobDroid must not be used for unlawful surveillance, stalking, harassment, unauthorized interception, unauthorized account or device access, or monitoring another person without the authority and consent required by law.
We may investigate, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or contrary to these Terms. Except where the law requires otherwise, an account terminated for misuse is not eligible for a refund.
4. Parental monitoring
MobDroid is primarily intended to support parental supervision, child online safety, family safety, and authorized management of Android devices. Parents and guardians remain responsible for understanding the rules that apply to monitoring minors and for informing the child or device user whenever required.
MobDroid does not decide whether monitoring is lawful in a particular household or jurisdiction and does not replace professional legal advice.
5. Device access and installation
Physical access to the Android device may be necessary to install and configure MobDroid. The device user may need to review and grant Android permissions for individual features.
- Grant only the permissions needed for your authorized use.
- Do not bypass legal requirements or security controls you are not authorized to change.
- Follow on-device disclosures and system prompts.
- Keep Google Play Protect and other security protections enabled, and investigate any security warning before proceeding.
6. Compatibility and feature availability
Feature availability can vary by Android version, device manufacturer, model, system configuration, permissions, network conditions, and changes made by Android or third-party applications. We do not promise that every feature will operate on every device or operating-system version.
Security and privacy updates may restrict a feature or require a new installation step. When technically necessary, MobDroid may improve, replace, limit, or discontinue an individual feature. You should use the demo to test your intended device before purchasing.
7. 24-hour demo
Try before you buy
During the demo, you should determine whether the intended Android device is compatible, whether installation is suitable, which features are available, whether the dashboard meets your needs, and whether MobDroid is appropriate for your authorized use.
By purchasing after the demo is offered, you acknowledge that you had an opportunity to evaluate the Service before payment.
8. License and membership
A paid MobDroid membership grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service for the selected monthly, quarterly, or yearly term and the permitted number of devices.
Your membership does not transfer ownership of MobDroid, its software, source code, branding, documentation, or intellectual property. The license ends when the membership expires or is terminated.
9. Account security
You are responsible for using a strong password, protecting your login credentials, maintaining account confidentiality, and preventing unauthorized access to the dashboard. Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Subject to applicable law, MobDroid is not responsible for losses caused by your voluntary sharing of credentials or failure to take reasonable steps to secure your account.
10. Payments, renewal and cancellation
Available prices, taxes, membership term, supported payment methods, renewal timing, and device limits will be displayed during checkout. You must provide accurate billing information.
Monthly, quarterly, and yearly memberships are intended to renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel before the next renewal date or checkout clearly states otherwise. When online billing is enabled, you may cancel future renewal using the available account or billing mechanism or by contacting support.
Cancellation stops future charges. It does not retrospectively cancel the current paid term or automatically create a refund. Unless stated otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid period.
The website does not currently process payments. Auto-renewal begins only after a payment provider and an enabled checkout clearly disclose and accept the selected membership terms.

12. Prohibited activities
You must not use MobDroid to:
- conduct illegal surveillance, stalking, intimidation, or harassment;
- monitor an adult without appropriate legal authority and any required consent;
- intercept communications or access a device, account, or data without authorization;
- violate privacy, interception, computer-misuse, employment, or similar laws;
- resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute MobDroid without written authorization;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where that restriction cannot legally apply;
- circumvent MobDroid account, access, security, license, or usage protections; or
- use the Service to distribute malware, commit fraud, or threaten another person or system.
13. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of data handled by MobDroid, why they are processed, and the choices available to account holders. You are responsible for providing any notice and obtaining any consent required from the monitored device user.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Service, but no online service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
14. Service availability
We aim to keep MobDroid available and functional, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, infrastructure incidents, network failures, Android updates, manufacturer restrictions, third-party service changes, or events beyond reasonable control may affect the Service.
15. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MobDroid is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We do not warrant universal device compatibility, uninterrupted availability, or that every feature will remain available after operating-system or third-party changes.
To the extent permitted by law, MobDroid and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use or inability to use the Service. For direct claims, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected membership during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
16. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for illegal or unauthorized monitoring, abuse, fraud, fraudulent chargebacks, credible security threats, non-payment, or another material violation of these Terms. Where appropriate and lawful, we may provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct a remediable violation.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal, security, or business changes. The current version and its “Last updated” date will appear on this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
18. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the entity operating MobDroid, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable to you.
